This is an extraordinary piece. It is socially conscious and addresses the important issues in a light hearted manner that does not preach or insult the listener. I am shocked that more musicians don't take up the flag in defense of our eroding freedoms. We did it in the 60s & 70s and we killed the Viet Nam war. Pax et Amo. Hartmann
I agree with John. And as far as the "art" side of it goes -- I love that it combines so many artforms! It's the ultimate multi-media piece. (Aside: I'd know those ice-blue eyes anywhere. I met Terence Stamp once. I gave him a ride to his hotel room from our mutual Pilates studio when he was filming Elektra in town. He sat on my son's abandoned cheese sandwich. It was almost like being in a Woody Allen movie.)
I've watched this many many times now and each time I find new things in it...and the sound. A truly moving piece...(the best kind). Very thoughtful vid ~
Andrea, I still did not comment not because I think that sitting on sandwiches happens all the time, but because memorizing names is a disaster for me. Yes, I recognized that face from anywhere but I wondered to myself: Who the hell is Terence Stamp? So I got some time to search something and now I know ... :D
