This is a matter of love and hate. I love this band and most of their songs. But the memory of my experience watching them live, was disgraceful, painful, awful. I waited 'til 3AM to watch them at Nos Alive 2019. The sound was painfully deafening. And I had to leave. As much as I read about them, this happens often... Much better to watch their videos...
And let us keep the message of this song.

"I Can't Give Everything Away", is the last track of "Blackstar", the last studio album of David Bowie, released on 8 January 2016, Bowie's 69th birthday. Bowie died 2 days later, 10 years and 49 days ago.
Maybe Bowie is telling us that he cannot tell anyone everything about himself. We'll never know...


Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails made a remix called Farewell Mix, which he performs live singing along with Bowie's vocals recording.
