I realized they changed part of the original lyrics in both clips I posted (here and in Resgate Som) to part of "Happy Eyes".

They should say:
"The streets were open and empty

On st. Nicholas avenue
I believe in st. Nicholas
Its a different type of santa claus"

And they say:
