Lula Pena

For some years I've searching for the traditional song "dá-me uma gotinha de água" sang by Lula Pena. She has a very peculiar and beautiful way of singing. She sings fado (covers) as many traditionals and others. I gave up searching for the wonderful "drop of water". Here are other examples of Lula's alchemy:
have a wonderful week :)

This is a very danceable song. I'm disappointed with this clip. Better to hear only...

stop breathin'

Not a state of soul. Just because I love this song. Yes, I know this is dedicated for a soldier.
Low sound. Please increase volume.

good night :)

I'd love to post "nobody has to know". It's a beautiful 1999 song from this bluesy Josh Haden's band named "Spain". Josh grew up in a jazzy environment 'cause his father is Ornette Coleman's bassist, Charlie Haden.
All their songs can be heard at Spain the Band including the one I wanted to post. And at Resgate Som you can see the "Untitled #1" clip, another beautiful song.
There are very few video clips of this band. Below, one of their last works.

what we're talking about

There's a lot of people curious about this guy who's coming to present us his show. I like his music but something don't fit between words and all the rest... Check by yourselves and tell me if you feel like dancing these words? :D
And have a nice weekend. Sunny if possible :)
