I've only ever seen still photos of Tracy Chapman so I'm surprised to see how beautiful she is/was.

I saw Tracy in concern in Vancouver and after the concern, I literally walked right into her out on the sidewalk out back. We almost knocked each other over..she is even more beautiful in person...and her music, well, that just puts her over the top! haha...a beautiful person to be sure...

i was on the walk with nomi and we were on the path and it was obscured by a piece of wood and suddenly the biggest rattlesnake I have ever seen in my life (i have seen some enormous ones too!) reared up and started shaking and nomi jumped and stood right next to me. She was perfect, she has had rattlesnake training classes and it works!

sorry i just needed to share about the snake because it just happened and it scared the you know what out of both of us :P
but i truly love this song, it has always touched me deeply and when she says be someone, be someone, it just gets me every time...
