i was happily surprised that you played this because i truly love this song, before i knew john i loved it also ;) but he has always had a connection to this band of course to the few remaining members as well. But it was the voice of Alan Wilson that i truly love and he was very very shy and hated touring, he was very depressed about the state of the world's environment in the late 60's! he died right across the street from where i live :(
